Scrappy Friends Chipboard book

This is a little book I made to celebrate and remember my scrapbooking friends. I'm sure I will post many more of these little books because I adore them and bought quite a few. These naked chipboard books are great because you start with a blank canvas and you can really get creative. Their also great to capture an event such as a birthday or event when you don't want to do a full scrapbook.
I used Me & My Big Ideas specialty cardstock for the front & back cover. It's a really thick and beautiful textured cardstock. I don't think you can tell from the pictures but the brown portions are velvet. The papers for the inside are from My Mind's Eye Bohemia stack and I choose them to coordinate with the colors from the cover of the book. A good friend, (Hi Franklin!) suggested I show a photo of the book itself before I embellished it. So here it is! Enjoy and thanks for looking : )
